Anna Terry, with over 27 years in the entertainment industry, is a versatile actress, voice-over artist, singer-songwriter, and director. She was recently nominated for Best Supporting Actress for Pursuit of Freedom, streaming on Apple TV and Amazon Prime, and stars in Fabled, currently streaming. She also had a recurring Guest Star role on Vindicaton TV series. Anna has also written and is producing a 6-episode family drama/musical based on the true story of her parents’ family bands, featuring music from the '50s, '60s, and '70s, along with some of her own songs, which she plans to pitch soon.
As a seasoned voice-over artist, Anna has voiced thousands of commercials for top brands like Chili’s, Samsung, Bloomingdale’s, Neiman Marcus, and JC Penney. She shares her passion for storytelling with her husband and two sons, all of whom are actors. Committed to mentoring the next generation, she has served as Membership Chair and Women in Film Dallas Ambassador.
In 2018, Anna made her directorial debut with the award-winning music video Sweeter on the Vine, a tribute to her sons. She wrote, directed, produced, and performed the original song, casting her family in a story set in the 1940s. The video earned multiple festival selections and awards, including:
Anna has been married to her best friend, Todd, for 28 wonderful years. A fellow actor, Todd has guest-starred on shows like Breaking Bad, Lioness, and 1883. The two met on Anna’s very first professional acting job—an industrial training film for GTE—where she played a saloon girl serving a handsome cowboy.
Anna and her husband Todd have two sons. Their eldest, Austin, is a UT Austin graduate, actor, and writer working on his first screenplay. Their youngest, Conner Coleman Terry, is an actor, singer-songwriter, and bodybuilder studying Kinesiology. His debut single, “When She’s Praying,” is out now on all streaming platforms.
